You can contact us by phone, e-mail in which is necessary to specify the term of stay and number of persons

We shall let you know by return if the required term is free.

If you decide for concrete term it is decisive for our side to pay advance money (deposit) which is up to 10% - 50% of the total price of stay. This deposit is necessary to pay until 3 days. During these 3 days the term is blocked just for you. We shall send you bank account number. As the transfer of money takes several days, send us e-mail or SMS message that you have just paid the deposit. After receiving your deposit we shall send you by return the acknowledgment of payment.

In the case that the deposit will not be cover, booking for you will be canceled and the term will be in offer henceforward.

Before your coming we shall contact you to specify the hour of your arrival. It is usually at 2.00 p.m. and departure is till 10.00 a.m.

We shall wait you directly at the cottage if we do not arrange it otherwise. After showing you the object we shall ask you to pay the rest of the sum of the stay. Also it is necessary to pay €100 for the eventual damages which will be after finish of stay and after not finding damages returned to the guest.
